The Chateaubriand Fellowship is a grant offered by the Embassy of France in the United States in partnership with Université Paris-Saclay. The Chateaubriand Fellowship aims at initiating or reinforcing collaborations, partnerships or joint projects between French and American research teams.
Award Amount: Monthly stipend of €1400/month, support for travel expenses and a student health insurance
Eligibility: Open for researchers of all nationalities who work in the Netherlands or abroad, the fellowships are awarded to PhD students registered in an American university in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Health who wish to conduct part of their doctoral research in a French laboratory.
Length: 4-9 months
