Student to Student: Advocacy and Peer Initiatives to Strengthen Graduate Student Mental Health

This interactive webinar will focus on student-led initiatives that have broadened mental health support access for STEM graduate students. A group of panelists will describe how they successfully launched their mental health initiatives for STEM graduates and early-career scientists and the impacts of those programs on their campus. The panel will also provide advice on launching similar initiatives and how the STEM community can better support the mental health of graduate students.

The webinar is hosted by the American Physical Society, the American Chemical Society, the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, the American Geophysical Union, the American Physical Society, the American Society for Cell Biology, and the Professional Development Hub, which are all committed to the professional development of early-career scientists.
