Demystifying Mental Health Support - A webinar for STEM graduate students

This interactive webinar outlines common mental health challenges of STEM graduate students and provides strategies for managing them. Sometimes you can take small steps yourself to address these challenges and sometimes you may need professional help. On campus and off campus mental resources as well as strategies for accessing care will be discussed. Speakers include an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Dept. of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and Chief Clinical Officer at The JED Foundation, the Assistant Vice President of Campus Life at American University, and the Senior Manager of the ACS Student & Postdoctoral Scholars Office.
